今回初めてラディカルストレージを利用しました。アプリは使いやすく、（ポルトの）近くの荷物を預ける場所の選択肢も豊富でした。
唯一の問題は、予約時にシステムが2つの注文を生成し、私に2回請求したことです。このことに気づいたのは、荷物を預けたときに、預かり所から2つの注文があったと言われたときでした。アプリで2つの注文を確認していなかったのは確かだ。ラディカルにメールを送ると、すぐに返信があり、2つ目の「注文」をキャンセルし、返金を手配してくれました。 全体的に満足のいく体験ができたので、また利用したいと思います。
This was the first time I have used Radical Storage. The app was easy to use and there was a good choice of nearby places to leave luggage (in Porto).
The only issue was that when I made the booking the system generated two orders and charged me twice. I only realised this when the storage place told me I had two orders when I checked the bags in. I'm sure I didn't confirm two orders in the app. I sent an email to Radical and they responded quickly and cancelled the second "order" and arranged the refund.
Overall I was happy with the experience and will use them again.
