Made Life Easy
Very easy to check in. We had a bit of a fright when we were an hour late to pick up our bags and got a late pick up where we were asked to pay for another day but this was a misunderstanding and all was well. Customer support were wonderful. Easy to contact and replied within 5-10 minutes.
Am using Radical again shortly and would recommend them to anyone
It certainly made Life easier for us.

El Ángel hizo bien su trabajo pero la app falló en dos cosas 1) no dar el nombre del establecimiento y en esa dirección había tres negocios 2) el horario no era correcto, no estaba abierto en las horas en las que la APP dice; afortunadamente, las horas que necesitábamos estaban dentro de su horario de apertura, pero podíamos habernos encontrado con llevar las maletas y que estuviera cerrado o ir a recogerlas y que también lo estuviera. Tienen que corregirlo ustedes en la APP
