So simple and easy
The chap didn't speak much English but that's on me for not speaking any Polish. We made ourselves understood with simple gestures and he was very friendly.
He was even more flexible about the pickup and despite my time of 17:00 he informed me they were open till 20:00...

Very good service
Exact location given by map. Staff at the location scan the code on your phone, store your luggage and then scan it again to return it to you. The one I used was in a souvenir shop and they just put it upstairs. It's a brilliant idea. Who wants to wheel a case around a city for 9 hours!
