The first selected location no longer existed. However, customer service responded immediately and helpfully and the refund went smoothly. The location in Myeondong was easy to find, although I had to ask as the store name given was nowhere to be read. Friendly but non-English speaking owners. Picked up the suitcase without any problems after more than three weeks. In the end, everything went well and it was a pleasant experience.
